In celebration of soul legend Ural Thomas's 85th birthday, Cairo Records and The Albina Music Trust present Nat. - Ural!, a tribute to his 70-year career. The release includes early 90s 8-track home recordings featuring Ural on synthesizers, drum machines, guitars, bass, drums, and vocal overdubs, now available on LP for the first time.
Additionally, a 7" vinyl features two tracks from the early 1960s. Side A is the avant-garde funk piece Fade Away, showcasing inventive use of bedposts with trombone slides, and Side B is a soulful ballad titled Smile.
